Integrated visualization of multi-modal multi-timepoint small animal imaging data with the cvp

The Cyttron Visualization Platform (CVP) [1, 2] is a tool for integrated visualization of heterogeneous datasets from various sources. Features include basic image processing, a number of registration methods, readers for common file formats, various visualization options and functionality to generate animations.
